Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at momentum@momentumsquad.com to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Items that are non-returnable include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at momentum@momentumsquad.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at momentum@momentumsquad.com to receive detailed shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at momentum@momentumsquad.com.
